Dear Parents, our school year is coming to a close. Below are items of interest to you and your child.
Parents who have email , you should have received an invite to join Living Tree, a new program designed to help engage, connect and share school related information. Click on the Living Tree button on our web page for more information. Call the school if you have questions and did not receive an invite to join. We will be implementing parts of this program toward the end of this school year with plans to be in full use beginning school year 2015-2016.
Final Exams will take place June 02, 03, & 4th. Exams may not be taken early, prior to the exam schedule. Students may take make-up exams for excused absences, beginning Monday, June 08, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
June 3 & 4 are early dismissal days. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. Please make sure that your child is picked up at least by 12:45 or sooner on these two days.
Lunch will be served to students these two half days.
Students are not to bring back packs nor large bags to school with them beginning Tuesday, June 02. All back packs and bags will be confiscated during first period. Students may pick up back packs and bags on Monday, June 08 between 2-4:00 p.m.
June 4th is the last day of school for students, unless students are attending summer school
Final Report Cards will be mailed home Monday, June 08.
Summer school for invited students will be held at Lamar from 8-12 a.m. June 08 - June 23. Breakfast and lunch will be served. The school will communicate with families, the need for your child to attend any of the summer school sessions.
Please remind your child to return all library books to school, in order to avoid fines.
