Notice of Destruction of Special Education Records 2012

The Irving Independent School District will destroy special education records for students who moved from the district, graduated, and or exited the program during the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 school years.  Parents or students 18 years or older who would like to have a copy of their records must submit a written request to Irving ISD, Attn:  Records Officer, P.O. Box 152637, Irving, Texas  75015-2637.  All requests must be received in writing by December 21, 2012.
