UPCOMING EVENTS -- The Irving ISD purchasing department may host or participate in the following events.  We invite you to come and learn more about the NCTRCA and various entities' procurement opportunities in the DFW area and Irving ISD. 

  • DATE CHANGE - Irving ISD will hold a MWBE information session on Friday May 10, 2013 at 9:30am at the administration building at 2621 W. Airport Frwy, Irving,Texas 75062.  We will share how to register as a vendor in our vendor self service system and information on our MWBE policy.

Irving ISD does NOT gather pre-bid meeting signin sheets or plan holder list information, therefore it is NOT AVAILABLE.

Notes:

The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals, waive any informalities, and award a contract in the best interest of the district.  Bids must be valid for at least 90 days and the District reserves the right to accept a other vendors according to evaluation rank, without rebidding, if the first selected vendor fails to deliver.

NOTICE TO ALL VENDORS:

NO IRVING ISD STAFF EXCEPT FOR THE BOARD OR TRUSTEES OR IF DELEGATED BY POLICY OR ACTION OF THE BOARD, THE SUPERINTENDENT OR THE ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO OBLIGATE THE DISTRICT BY SIGNING AGREEMENTS WITH VENDORS.  THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS WHEN THE SIGNATURE OF THE DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING IS AFFIXED TO A PROPERLY DRAWN PURCHASE ORDER AGREEMENT AS AUTHORIZED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
